Sport “IOC” + “Magic” [00:20]# A rather unusual TV campaign that operates with no sound at all and eerily slowed down images. In the first spot, we see members of the International Olympic Committee shaking hands. Super: “They don’t take steroids. They don’t take growth hormones. They don’t take amphetamines. How about some new blood?” Ends on claim: “Sport Magazine. We take more time for sports.” The second commercial shows Magic Johnson in action. Super: “This is not a commercial for active wear. Nor a commercial for isotonic beverages. Least of all for deodorants. But an appeal for tolerance. Magic Johnson, HIV+ and his Dream Team. In Sport Magazine.
