“Singer” [00:30]# Solo is Norway’s oldest soft drink and in this campaign positioned against current lifestyle brands through whimsical spots that parody tired before/after clichés. For in these commercials drinking Solo effectuates no change at all, “it just quenches our thirst,” we’re told. This is the case with the old would-be soprano trilling an abysmal and seemingly endless song.
