In the fisrt, a cusomer interested in SBAB bonds is sent from counter to counter, and finally maneuvered out of the second spot we witness a secret briefing among bank clerks in which they run through their carefully rehearsed reactions to customer demanding SBAB bonds. These range from hysterical laughter to feigning complete and utter ignorance.
