Campaign for “$40k A Year Employeeship,” an initiative by ad agency Zulu Alpha Kilo that gives any soon-to-be
or recent graduate seeking an internship the chance of getting a $40k year permanent job with full benefits.
The top 10 applicants will be invited to participate in a rigorous four-hour paid interview, after which the
two best performing finalists will be hired full-time on the spot.
